Lo Shdo is certified as a GGS Women’s Coach Specialist and a NCSF certified personal trainer. She launched her business in 2018, and it has been thriving ever since. With experience in various training formats, including Barre, Boxing, Strength, and Soccer—which she played at Seattle Pacific University—Lo specializes in functional training with a focus on longevity, injury prevention, and education. She recognizes that exercising can sometimes feel like a chore, which is why her mission is to make it enjoyable.

Lo is committed to creating a safe environment that promotes growth and development, ensuring her clients feel at ease, especially if they have little to no experience with fitness.
Lo is dedicated to helping women achieve their personal health and fitness objectives as well. She encourages women to develop a positive relationship with their bodies and to advocate for themselves confidently, though she also emphasizes that men need this support as well. Due to this, her experience in physical therapy assistance and specialization in women’s health gives her experience with hormone balancing, pelvic floor health, training around a women’s cycle, working with specific physical accommodations (osteoporosis, injuries and surgery recovery, pre/postpartum, pre and peri-menopause, muscle tightness and discomfort, pelvic floor health, etc.).
As part of the ShdoFitness community, Lo provides individual fitness training, group training, and even potlucks, welcoming everyone to participate and build community. This initiative fosters fitness practices within a supportive atmosphere.
